1. Overview
At Cre8tive Funk, we aim to deliver top-quality digital products and merchandise.
Because our products are either instantly downloadable or custom-printed on demand through our partners (such as Printify), our refund and return options differ depending on the product type.
2. Digital Products (Instant Downloads)
Digital invitations, templates, and downloadable designs are non-refundable once delivered.
Since you gain immediate access to your file after payment, we cannot issue refunds or exchanges.
However, if you experience technical issues (e.g., broken file link, corrupted file, or download problem), please contact us within 7 days of purchase — we’ll ensure you receive a working version.
✅ We will replace or re-issue the digital file if:
- You did not receive the file.
- The file is damaged or cannot be opened.
- You accidentally received the wrong file.

3. Physical Merchandise (Printify Fulfillment)
All Cre8tive Funk merchandise is custom-printed on demand through Printify and shipped internationally.
Because each item is made uniquely for you, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing issue or misprint.
You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:
- The product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.
- You received the wrong size, color, or item.
- Your order is lost in transit and confirmed undelivered by the carrier.
Not eligible for refund or replacement:
- Buyer’s remorse (you changed your mind).
- Incorrect size or color chosen by you.
- Orders delayed due to customs, incorrect shipping address, or carrier issues.
4. Reporting an Issue
To request a replacement or refund for a physical item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos clearly showing the issue.
- We will verify the claim with Printify and confirm whether a refund or replacement is approved.
If your claim is approved, Printify will remake or refund the affected product at no cost to you.
5. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking number shows the package as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the courier directly first.
Cre8tive Funk and Printify are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If the package is lost in transit (never marked delivered), please contact us — Printify may reprint or refund depending on the carrier’s confirmation.
6. Regional Limitation
Please note:
We currently do not ship Printify merchandise to South Africa.
Orders containing Printify items with a South African shipping address will be automatically blocked or cancelled.
Digital products remain available worldwide.
7. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method (PayPal or PayFast) within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment processor.
